No on prop 8

A talented Co-worker of mine, Adrian Molina, just finished this wonderful little short. I am all for art with an important message behind it. Quoting Adrian’s email: “I’m hoping you’ll vote NO on proposition 8. It’s going to eliminate same-sex couples’ right to marry, and it’s not right. It’s going to be a really close race, so I’m begging you to let your friends know about Proposition 8 and to vote NO as well. Every last vote is going to matter on this one, and it seems so wrong to me to write discrimination into our state constitution.” More details at NoOnProp8.com.

All for gay marriage here (got a guy cousin)… but that video, while featuring a lovely art direction, was terrible. Was the dialogue intentionally that bad? I didn’t get it. Seriously, had it not been for me being European, I’d almost be inclined to vote yes. It was almost as if your friend didn’t take the issue serious, and was trying to explain it to small children, and not even small children would respect being talked to in that manner.

No on prob 8, but don’t talk down to neither children or adults either. It’s just disrespectful.

Please let Richard Peterson, the Pepperdine law professor featured in the yes on prop 8 ads know what you think of his “lies”.

.. boy, you always have these kind of problems. We have to gay Chief Ministers (1) of Berlin (member of the left wing party 7 comp. to Democrats) and (2) of Hamburg (member of the Conservatives / comp. to Republicans) and they both have been reelected … good luck on the voting.
