Love this video for Cornelius‘ Omstart. I’ve had the luck of seeing him live at Bimbos 365 a year ago or so for his Synchronized Sensuous Tour and it was a blast. Videos play a huge part of his live performances. link via jeansnow
Three day weekends are so amazing. Maybe it was coming from two weeks of six working days each, but I must say that having that extra day just felt wonderful. Tony White (who recently visited Pixar) has posted on youtube his classic short: Hokusai: an Animated Sketchbook. The short is fantastic, not to be missed. link via Cartoonbrew
GhibliWorld just posted a wonderful new watercolor by Miyazaki, for his new movie Gake no ue no Ponyo. A submarine?! Sweet. Don’t miss it, released images for this movie have been few, considering also its release date is in less than two months.
Our big push is done, phew! So busy these last few weeks, but all drawings are in now … We can now relax and actually have a weekend!

Wish I could be there to join you all … but I’ll have to settle to experience it from your drawings and photos …
If you have good eyes you might be able to spot the Golden Gate Bridge in the middle of the fog there. Wonderful morning up here. The week has been really busy at work, sorry for the lack of updates, we’re in a crunch for an upcoming screening on “Up”. Almost there.
