Remember this image from UP? Well here’s a 3d render of it … pretty neat, uh?! You can see it in high res here.

I just read a bit more about this “coming of old age story” at aicn.
All I can say is WOW, I haven’t been moved so much by a simple piece of writing in quite some time — and with the few visuals I’ve seen and Pixar’s track record — well, I can’t wait. It’s going to be a very special film.
Who can’t use both a good laugh and a good cry packed into 2 hours?
Congratulations to you, Ronnie, Pete, Bob and everyone who helped get “Up” aloft.

Hello Enrico!
I’m from Italy.
Beh, parlo italiano, intanto tra conterranei ci capiamo!
Adoro il tuo blog, è davvero interessantissimo e ricco di informazioni!!!
Voglio farti i complimenti per il tuo lavoro in “Ratatouille”… è, a dir poco, eccezionale!!!
Posso farti una sola domanda, a cui spero che prima o poi tu mi possa rispondere… per caso lavori a “Up”? oppure a “The Bear and the Bow”? in Italia siamo tutti eccitati per i nuovi film Pixar e Disney… e soprattutto siamo tutti fieri e contentissimi di avere un animatore Italiano alla Pixar!!! Grande!!!
Grazie.
A presto.
