The US/UK DVDs contain an audio commentary not included in any of the Japanese releases. And the other special features of the US/UK release - "making of" doc, etc. - are not part of the Japanese no-frills edition (those are only included in the Japanese "deluxe" boxed set). fyi. m Depends on which of the Japanese editions you got.
