SketchCrawl Fundraiser plans taking shape
I just made a “Sponsor form” for World Wide SketchCrawl 14 (May19th), you can download the PDF here. The form is meant to help each one of us to find and keep track of a few sponsors. Ask your relatives and friends if they are willing to support your drawing marathon. The idea is for the artist to collect the check donations and send them all in to Emergency. It’s also setting a goal for each one of us of raising a minimum of $100 (roughly exchange that to your currency anywhere you are). If most of us can roughly get to that goal, we could really raise a good amount of money and make a nice contribution to this worthy cause. Let me know what you think and wether the form has all the information one would need.
Locally here in San Francisco we are also organizing an Art Auction right after the Crawl on sunday May 20th with the help of our friends at Maverix. In fact it’s gonna be held at their nice space at 1717 17th Street. It’s not the first time they throw a benefit art auction so their experience in this will be a great asset. It promises to be an all around memorable weekend. Stay tuned!
