Gipi’s Pirates
Well you probably know by now, I’ve become obsessed with GIPI’s work. I just read his latest “S” which is unfortunately out only in italian and french for the moment. I bet though you won’t have to wait long to read this great book, First Second will hopefully publish it here in the US soon. But I have more immediate gratification for you: Gipi has a new blog here. He’s been posting tons of watercolor studies for a new graphic novel he’s starting to shape. Wonderfully inspiring stuff.
