Last night I saw composer and jazz pianist Hiromi Uehara at Yoshi‘s in Oakland. And it blew my mind. Her Jazz Piano Trio’s music is fantastic, full of energy and contagious glee. They played mostly pieces from her newly released album Spiral, which I heartly recommend if you like Jazz or piano music in general. [...]
